We HIGHLY RECOMMEND all propane accounts to be on automatic fill.  Running out of propane is not a good position for homeowners to be in. 

 

If you were previously not eligible for automatic delivery, please contact our office, we have some new payment plans that you may be eligible for.

If your account is NOT on Automatic Delivery for some reason or another, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you order your propane at least 10 business days in advance.  (For most accounts, this would be at 30% during the winter.)

Emergency Fuel & Propane Delivery Policy:  Emergency fuel and propane delivery is reserved for situations requiring immediate attention, such as safety concerns or loss of essential service.  Requests submitted as emergencies that are determined not to be emergency situations may be subject to an additional service fee(s).
