We know emergencies happen...so please contact us if you find yourself in an emergency and we will work with you to try to find a solution.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND all propane accounts to be on automatic fill. Running out of propane is not a good position for homeowners to be in.
If you were previously not eligible for automatic delivery, please contact our office, we have some new payment plans that you may be eligible for.
If your account is NOT on Automatic Delivery for some reason or another, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you order your propane at least 10 business days in advance. (For most accounts, this would be at 30% during the winter.)
